How It Works

  1. Receive Sales Orders

    • Sales Orders are received by Email, API or Entered Manually. The Accepted formats are PDF, CSV, Excel or JSON Formats

  2. AI Process

    During this process the Orders are validated, Checked for Geographical Co-ordinates and placed in Routes.

  3. Picking

    Once the orders are in routes, based on delivery dates, these orders appear in the mobile App, ready to be picked.

  4. Packing

    Once the orders are picked, they are packed and go into allocated bays for loading on trucks.

  5. Print Labels

    Shipping Labels are printed using the mobile printer or label printers.

  6. Despatch

    The Orders are loaded onto Company Trucks or External Carriers. Driver Signs Proof Of Receipts on the mobile App.

  7. Delivery

    Using the Mobile App Photos and GPS Co-ordinates are recorded for Proof Of Delivery.

  8. Notification

    The System then notifies the relevant warehouse customers of the delivery by Email.

Pricing

The Neural Logistix app is a cloud based software with a subscription fee starting from as low as $50 USD a week, billed in your local currency.

You are then charged per transaction so the cost will fluctuate with your usage, meaning you only pay for what you use.

The transaction fee is determined and agreed upon by you and our sales team and is based on your expected usage of the system.

FAQ's

First, we will need spreadsheets with the following information:
• Existing clients (including name, address and email address)
• The SKU's managed in your warehouse
• Bin locations in your warehouse
• Current stock on hand for each SKU and per bin
This information is then imported into the Neural Logistix system. We will then organise SKU and bin labelling and set up logins and security. Once all of your stock and bins have been scanned into the system, you can start processing your clients orders.

The Neural Logistix system can convert data from a PDF by mapping out the layout of the PDF to extract the data. No data entry required! This is one of the most popular features of the Neural Logistix application and one that no other application provides.

File formats such as Excel, CSV or PDF are compatible.

There are many ways that orders can be received:
• Email
• File upload
• Manual invoice entry
• API push – sales orders, delivery dockets, invoices and purchase orders are sent to Neural Logistix.
• API pull – Neural Logistix connects to your system (if there is API access) and sales orders, delivery dockets, invoices and purchase orders are downloaded into your system.

A weekly subscription fee is charged for the application. This base fee has a certain number of free transactions and then once the limit is reached, there is a fee per transaction thereafter. Book a time with our sales team today to discuss pricing for your warehouse.

You can choose from PDF, Excel or CSV as the file formats for your reporting.

Yes! We collate your data for you and send it to you based on a fee, decided when you sign the contract.

If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the system immediately. After the cancellation, we will retain your data for a period of 4 weeks from the date of cancellation.

Currently, Neural Logistix can connect to Xero, MYOB, Vinsight, Cin7, Net Suite, Big Commerce, Magento and the list is growing. We understand that there are many systems available and we would provide integration for your preferred system during the onboarding process at no extra cost. This is providing you have an API interface, proper documentation and support from your vendor or can upload and download Excel, JSON and CSV data.

Yes, the Neural Logistix application can service multiple warehouses and there is no extra charges!

The security we provide is second to none. We have many systems in place to protect your data and cloud servers from being hacked or misused. We also perform hourly encrypted backups of your database to a secure location.

Printers: We Print To Any printer that is ZPL Compliant using Blue Tooth
Scanners: Any blue tooth scanners or Scanners Embedded in Android Devices
Other Hardware: We can connect to Most Robotic, AGV and RFID manufacturers, as there are many systems, it's best contact us for further information.
