Sales Orders are received by Email, API or Entered Manually. The Accepted formats are PDF, CSV, Excel or JSON Formats
During this process the Orders are validated, Checked for Geographical Co-ordinates and placed in Routes.
Once the orders are in routes, based on delivery dates, these orders appear in the mobile App, ready to be picked.
Once the orders are picked, they are packed and go into allocated bays for loading on trucks.
Shipping Labels are printed using the mobile printer or label printers.
The Orders are loaded onto Company Trucks or External Carriers. Driver Signs Proof Of Receipts on the mobile App.
Using the Mobile App Photos and GPS Co-ordinates are recorded for Proof Of Delivery.
The System then notifies the relevant warehouse customers of the delivery by Email.
The Neural Logistix app is a cloud based software with a subscription fee
starting
from as low as $50 USD a week, billed in your local currency.
You are then charged per transaction so the cost will fluctuate with your usage,
meaning you only pay for what you use.
The transaction fee is determined and agreed upon by you and our sales team and
is
based on your expected usage of the system.
